Is Lancome teint miracle concealer basically the same as Lancome effacernes concealer?

Because I was going to get the effacernes concealer, but it's too thick and i really need a long lasting thin liquid one, which the teint miracle one is a thin liquid, but im not sure if it lasts long and if it's really worth the price?|||Why can't you just controll it?
