Which Mac or Lancome foundation covers the best?

I want flawless looking skin like Kim Kardashians. I have good skin (no pimples or oily skin) but I want it to look airbrushed clean. Any suggestions?|||I use the MAC's Studio Fix. it's got a matte finish and it covers awsomenly!

The color selections from MAC are far more natural and they offer the widest range of formulations on the consumer market. Since you have clear skin on your own, I would try using a light formulation such as tinted moisturizer or their Studio Mist spray foundation. These give a light coverage, but will even out the skin and make it look more finished. To use the spray foundation you first spray it onto your hand or a plastic pallate and then use a brush or sponge to dab it onto the skin. This will even you out but will give you a dewey and airbrushed look.

You can also try a powder foundation such as the Studio Fix, which can be used wet or dry to give light to medium coverage. This gives a matte finish, so you need to be careful to apply in moderation to avoid looking like you are wearing a mask. I suggest trying one of the light liquids like the spray or tinted moisturizer.

Mineral makeup is a good option as well. As long as you don't have an allergy to bismuth, Bare Escentuals is the brand I recommend. Use their makeup in moderation, I stress this as you really can look like you are wearing a mask if you don't. Also, make sure you are using the right shade. It is better to pick a shade that is too light than too dark so when in doubt choose the lighter shade. I recommend going to one of their boutiques if you are near one as they are best trained to make recommendations. Sephora also sells it and their staff is usually pretty helpful. I would avoid taking the recomnedations of most people working at Ulta, but once you know your shade it is fine to purchase there. I would suggest starting out with the starter kit as it contains everything you need to make the foundation look best. Use in serious moderation and it will make your already good skin look pretty perfect.

If you have clear skin I would stay away from heavier formulations, anything claiming to give medium to full coverage you just don't need and it isn't worth clogging up your pores.

Make sure if you are wearing foundation of any kind that you are careful to cleanse your face both night and day, and use a toner to avoid clogging your skin.|||Sure Diana. You said you have good skin already which sounds like you're already using a good skin care regimen and while I have not used the brands you mentioned, I do use aularale.com/7002 and get compliments on my face all the time.|||I highly recommend Lancome's Dual Finish. I hardly wear powder or foundation, but this is one product I truly have enjoyed in the past.|||i think the mac foundations are much better than lancome, they do actually give you a flawless finish and one of the greatest things about them is that they come in a good range of colours to suit most peoples skin tones. you could go into a mac store or to a counter and ask them which one would suit your skin type, you could even try them to see which one works best for you. the staff are very helpfull and always willing to help to find which products best suit your needs and apperance.|||Don't use liquid foundation...it will cause your skin all kinds of problems. Try Bare Minerals or something like it. Neutrogena and Revlon both have mineral versions of this type of make-up and it's MUCH healthier, safer and easier to use on your skin. PLUS, it delivers the most "natural" %26amp; flawless finish that you can find. This stuff is so gentle, you can even sleep in it and it won't clog your pores or cause you to break out...it's awesome! (One jar of it will last about 6 months too!)
