Is the bottle only filled 2/3? I just got a new Teint Idole Ultra and I have new unscrewed the lid to check, but it wasn''t all the way full.|||Here's what I noticed: Everything that is sold is 3/4th full, because during transit they are shipped around and they don't want 'accidents' happening. Shampoos, toothpaste, drinks, EVERYTHING.
The packaging is getting smaller, but the price keeps getting higher, too!
